The success of Brook Park Elementary School is directly tied to the dedication and perseverance of the entire staff and the strong community connection that exists.As each day begins, we remain fully committed to our vision of a safe and nurturing where all students discover, develop, and enjoy their unique talents and abilities as they strive to reach their academic potential. ACADEMICS: We are committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment that best meets the needs of our students.  We have a rigorous curriculum that includes enrichment and remediation.

SUCCESS: Each day, students have a 30 minute period of re-teaching or enrichment (decided from their assessment scores) in math or language arts as the data indicates. This will be instrumental in raising our state grade.

INCENTIVES: We are a Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) school. While we do have consequences when necessary, we focus on rewarding good behavior. Students have opportunities all day every day to earn Paws which have a variety of incentives tied to them.

PROUD: We are Brook Park PROUD; we are PRODUCTIVE (we get things done), we are RESPECTFUL (we treat others how we want to be treated), we are OUTSTANDING (we go above normal expectations), we are UPSTANDING (we do the right thing when no one else is doing it), and we are DILIGENT (we work hard and never give up). We also focus on The Six Pillars of Character Counts, which is used to teach all students the importance of having good character throughout their life: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship. We also offer skill and social groups, classroom lessons and individual counseling as needed.
