Jumpstart 2022
JumpStart 2022 is the MSD of Lawrence Township’s summer program, intended to combat learning loss and to provide structured academics for students when school is not in session. The program will offer special area enrichment and education on graduation pathways while supporting the social and emotional development of all students. Lawrence Township eCampus (LTeC) will continue to be available for students to earn high school credit.
JumpStart Transportation information is forthcoming. Parents will be able to log in to eLink to access the information or contact either the school building or Transportation Department at (317) 423-8400.
Elementary JumpStart – Open enrollment
The Elementary JumpStart program will run June 6th through June 30th, 2022 at all elementary buildings for students entering Grade 1 through Grade 6 in August of 2021. This full day program will be open to all students and will include Humanities, STEM, and Clubs. Programming will be available for English Language Learners, students receiving Special Education services, and those in Lifeskills programming. Instruction will take place Monday through Thursday with the option of a Camp Day on Friday. After care programming will be available at no charge. Meal service is included and Transportation is available Monday through Thursday.

Middle School JumpStart – Open enrollment
The Middle School JumpStart program will run June 7th through July 1st at both Belzer Middle School and Fall Creek Valley Middle School for students entering Grades 7 & 8 in August of 2021. This half-day program is open to all incoming seventh and eighth grade students and will focus on instruction in Humanities, STEM, and Performing Arts. Included will be a Grad Pathways/Career & Technical Education (CTE) preview. Programming will be available for English Language Learners, students receiving Special Education services, and those in Lifeskills programming. Instruction will take place Monday through Thursday with Transportation and meal service provided.

Bridge to Algebra and English 9/10 – By Invitation
The Bridge to Algebra and English 9/10 program will run June 7th through July 1st at both Lawrence Central and Lawrence North High Schools. This targeted half-day program for incoming 9th and 10th grade students will be by invitation and will emphasize critical skills for Algebra I and English 9/10. Included will be a Grad Pathways/Career & Technical Education (CTE) preview and an orientation to high school. Instruction will take place Monday through Thursday with Transportation and meal service provided.
Lawrence Township eCampus (LTeC) – Open enrollment
LTeC summer programming will take place throughout June and July of 2022 and provides high school students the ability to virtually earn high school credit. This open-enrollment program is primarily asynchronous with a synchronous component. 33 different credit-bearing courses will be offered. The cost per class is $25 for in-district students and $50 for out-of-district students. Additional information is forthcoming.
